Regardless of what brings you to therapy, you deserve to feel safe, supported, and truly heard. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Supportive Therapy, and Person-Centered approaches, tailoring each session to your unique needs—whether it's grief, trauma, or personal growth.
I hold master's degrees from the University of Michigan and Grand Valley State University and have also studied at the University of Cambridge. My experience includes inpatient and outpatient care, individual and couples therapy, and therapy-animal-assisted work.
I often describe therapy as a walk you may not want to take because it hurts—but with the right support, you can keep moving forward. I'm here to be that support as you begin your journey toward healing.
