My background is in social work with a BSW from the University of Michigan-Flint and a MSW from Michigan State. I have been working in mental health for over seven years and offer services to those eighteen and older. I incorporate mindfulness, self-compassion, and DBT skills to help individuals reach their goals. I specialize in a variety of mental health disorders, substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, and trauma-related disorders. I am an LGBTQAI+ affirming provider.
